Cinco Ranch is a highly desirable master-planned community within the bounds of the Greater Katy area. The land where it’s situated previously had five oil wells, encouraging the community to transition from farming and cattle grazing to oil production in the 1930s. After the oil reserves dried up during the 80s, the area was sold to Newland and subsequently transformed into a beautiful residential community.

Today, Cinco Ranch offers a serene suburban environment with wide tree-lined streets and access to a number of parks and open spaces. Single-family homes and townhouses in the neighborhood can set you back anywhere from $300,000 to upwards of $700,000.
